Evidence Of Date Rape Drug Thrown Out Of Military Trial

ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- Evidence that a female Naval Academy midshipman was given a date rape drug near the time of an alleged assault will not be heard at the special court martial of the midshipman charged in the attack. Kenny Ray Morrison of Kingwood, Texas, a senior and former football player at the academy, is charged with indecent assault, indecent acts and conduct unbecoming an officer in the Feb. 4 incident.
