Suspected rapist sought in Fontana

FONTANA - Police are looking for a man suspected of raping and stabbing a 15-year-old girl on Wednesday morning. Fontana officers responded to a rape call at 3:23 a.m., according to a police statement. The girl, of Moreno Valley, reported she was raped and stabbed after she accepted a ride from a man in his mid-40s. Once inside the vehicle, the man pulled out a knife and raped her between Lynwood and Fontana, according to the statement. The man then slashed and stabbed the victim in Fontana. She suffered a stab wound to the back as well as cuts to her hands and neck, according to the statement. His vehicle is described as a beige GMC Yukon, with tinted windows and chrome rims. The man is described as black, weighing 200 pounds, 5 feet 10 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes.
