King to be tried tomorrow for attempted rape

Tony Alexander King, who is accused of the murder of Roco Wanninkhof, and who was sentenced to 36 years for the murder of Sonia Carabantes, will be tried tomorrow for the attempted rape of a young girl in Benalmdena during the early hours of the 24th June, 2001. The victim recognised King from television footage after his arrest in September 2003 for the murder of Sonia Carabantes. The prosecution team is calling for King to serve five years in jail and pay his victim 6,000 in compensation for her injuries, if convicted. .
